- Refund Policy
- The initial genetic test fee is non-refundable once the test kit has been shipped. For subscription services, we do not provide refunds for partial months of service.

- Our services may include or link to third-party content or services. We do not control or endorse any third-party content or services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or practices.
- Force Majeure
- We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control.

- Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Holland. The arbitration shall take place in Amsterdam, Holland, in the English language, and the arbitral decision may be enforced in any court.
