1. About Our Services

Get Body Data provides personalized nutritional guidance and supplement recommendations. Our services include blood marker testing, genetic testing, lifestyle questionnaires, nutritional consultations, and custom supplement recommendations.

Get Body Data is not a medical provider. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Our services are educational and informational in nature and are intended to support your personal wellness decisions. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Medical Advisor

All supplement recommendations are reviewed and signed off by our medical advisor, Dr. Aletta de Wit, a KNMG-registered physician. This review is part of our quality assurance process. It does not constitute a doctor-patient relationship between you and Dr. de Wit.

3. Blood Testing

Blood panels are processed by Medische Laboratoria Dr. Stein & Collegae, part of the Limbach Group. Lab reports are reviewed and signed by a licensed physician at the partner laboratory. Blood draws are conducted at certified lab locations operated by PMO across the Netherlands.

Get Body Data facilitates access to these lab services. We are not a laboratory and do not perform the blood draw or lab analysis ourselves.

4. Genetic Testing

Genetic tests are saliva-based, at-home collection kits. Samples are processed by our certified laboratory partner. Results are used to inform your personalized wellness overview and supplement recommendation.

5. Consultations

Nutritional consultations are provided by the Get Body Data team. During a consultation, we walk you through your test results and provide nutritional guidance. We do not provide clinical interpretation of hormonal or organ function markers. For clinical interpretation of those values, we recommend consulting your physician.

6. Supplements

Supplements recommended by Get Body Data are food supplements. Food supplements are intended to supplement a normal diet and should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children.

All ingredients are NSF-certified, third-party tested, and free from artificial additives.

7. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when filling out questionnaires, booking tests, or communicating with our team.

You are responsible for consulting your physician before making changes to your diet, supplements, or lifestyle, especially if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant, or are breastfeeding.

If you have cancer, an autoimmune condition, are taking psychiatric medication, are undergoing hormone therapy, or have a severe chronic illness, you must inform us and consult your physician before any supplement recommendation is finalized.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

8. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect orders already placed.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the personalized nature of our services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a test kit has been shipped or a blood draw has been completed, the cost of the test is non-refundable.

Supplement subscriptions (annual or monthly) can be cancelled by contacting us at info@getbodydata.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Get Body Data B.V. and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Get Body Data provides nutritional guidance and supplement recommendations based on the data you provide and the results of your tests. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Individual results vary.

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Get Body Data shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page with the date of the last update.
