These Services are designed for general wellness purposes and are not intended to replace medical evaluation or treatment.
2. Eligibility and User Responsibility
By using our Services, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian
You are legally permitted to enter into binding agreements
All information you provide is accurate and complete
The biological sample you provide is your own. Submitting a sample for any person other than yourself is a violation of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any personal, health, or lifestyle data you submit. Get Body Data is not responsible for the consequences of inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information provided by you.
3. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
WE DO NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. ALL CONTENT — INCLUDING SUPPLEMENT FORMULATIONS, TEST RESULT ANALYSIS, AND HEALTH PLANS — IS INTENDED SOLELY FOR INFORMATIONAL AND GENERAL WELLNESS PURPOSES.
No Doctor-Patient Relationship: The use of our Services does not establish a doctor-patient relationship.
Consult a Professional: You must consult with a licensed medical professional for medical advice or treatment before making any changes to your health, diet, or medication regimen.
Assumption of Risk: Any actions or decisions based on our Services are made at your own discretion and risk.
4. Supplement Use Disclaimer

All supplement recommendations are based on data voluntarily provided by you;
Get Body Data and its representatives are not licensed healthcare providers;
You are solely responsible for consulting a qualified medical professional before starting any new supplement regimen;
You accept full responsibility for any effects resulting from the use or misuse of any supplements you receive.
We do not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, or improvements in health. Individual results may vary and depend on numerous factors beyond our control.
5. Lab Testing and Third-Party Providers
Test kits offered through our platform are fulfilled and analyzed by third-party laboratories. Get Body Data is not responsible for the accuracy, timing, or completeness of test results provided by these third parties. All test data is provided for informational use only and should be reviewed with a healthcare professional.
6. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity associated with your account.
7. Refund Policy
You may request a full refund for a testing kit before it has been shipped;
Once a testing kit has been shipped, a refund may be issued minus a €25 processing and shipping fee, provided the kit is returned unopened within 14 days;
NO REFUND will be issued once your biological sample has been sent to our laboratory partners for processing;
Consultation services are non-refundable once the consultation has occurred.
8. Privacy and Data Use
By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal and health-related data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review that document to understand how we handle data in compliance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including branding, text, images, graphics, formulas, and software, is the property of Get Body Data or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No content may be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
10. User Submissions
If you submit reviews, testimonials, feedback, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for business and marketing purposes.
11. Prohibited Conduct

Submit false, misleading, or harmful information;
Upload viruses or malicious code;

12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GET BODY DATA, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT,1 TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100).
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get Body Data, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your:
Violation of these Terms;
Use or misuse of the Services;
Submission of inaccurate or misleading information;
Use of any supplements or health-related recommendations we provide.
14. Modifications to Services or Terms
We may modify these Terms or any part of the Services at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Right to Refuse or Terminate Access
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or permanently terminate any user’s access to our Services at our sole discretion, including in cases of misuse, fraud, abusive behavior, or violation of these Terms.
16. Subscription Terms
Some of our Services (such as supplement plans) operate on a subscription basis. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
