Why blood work matters
A blood panel is one of the most direct windows into how your body is actually running. Instead of guessing based on how you feel, it lets you look at the underlying biology — cholesterol, inflammation markers, blood sugar, hormones — and adjust from there.
Reference ranges are not personal targets
Lab reference ranges show what is statistically common in the general population. They do not tell you what is optimal for you. Two people can both sit inside a "normal" range and have very different health trajectories, especially over years.
What to do with your results
Use your numbers as a starting point for a conversation, not a verdict. Track trends over time, pair the data with lifestyle context, and revisit the panel every 6 to 12 months to see what your interventions actually changed.
