Evidence, dose, and form
Once you know what to target, look at three things: is there real human evidence, is the dose in the studies close to what the product provides, and is the form bioavailable. A cheap product at the wrong dose is more expensive than a good one at the right dose.
Fit it into your life
A supplement stack you cannot maintain is worthless. Pick the smallest number of products that cover the biggest gaps, tie them to an existing habit like breakfast or brushing your teeth, and reassess every few months.
